还有的无障碍设施建成后，由于管理不善，后期增加“重重障碍”。有网友在人民网“领导留言板”反映，在辽宁沈阳市部分商场前，无障碍通道上常见多个石礅紧密排列。设置石礅的初衷是阻止机动车进入，但这些石礅之间间隙狭窄，即便拄拐也只能勉强通过。
