第四十五条 旅馆、饭店、影剧院、娱乐场、体育场馆、展览馆或者其他供社会公众活动的场所违反安全规定，致使该场所有发生安全事故危险，经公安机关责令改正而拒不改正的，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员处五日以下拘留；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留。
